Start your day with this nutrient rich breakfast that will keep you energised and feeling full for the whole morning.

Gluten free oats, with nuts, seeds and coconut, provide a crunchy high fibre, slow releasing whole grain, and low glycaemic breakfast, with no refined sugars.

Ingredients

400g rolled porridge oats – gluten free
275g mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and linseeds)
250g desiccated coconut
250g raisins  
200ml maple syrup or honey
60ml virgin cold pressed coconut oil 

Method

Combine dry ingredients. Combine coconut oil, syrup/honey. Mix together and spread onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake for 30 minutes on 110º.
Stir, cool and store in airtight containers.
